Domaine Lejeune has farmed in Pommard since 1783. Les Poutures, a clay-limestone premier cru parcel, is fermented in the estate's old open-top birch vats with whole-cluster fermentation, following biodynamic principles though uncertified.
Tasting Notes
An intense, complex bouquet of red fruit (raspberry, blackberry), white pepper, herbs and balsamic notes on a round, fruity palate with real ageing potential.
