Profile & Story
Frenchtown Farms has farmed and made wine in California's North Yuba AVA since 2015. Cotillion is a 50/50 Grenache-Syrah blend from the historic Renaissance Vineyard, planted in the late 1970s; hand-harvested, fermented with ten days of maceration, and aged 18 months in neutral oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Dried cherries and soft white pepper up front, with black-olive savoriness leading into black cherry on the finish.
