Julien Brocard, son of Jean-Marc Brocard, farms this single 11-hectare Demeter-certified biodynamic parcel beside the village of Préhy on exceptional Kimmeridgian soil, part of his own "Les 7 Lieux" range. Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in foudre.
