Matthieu Barret, a seventh-generation vigneron better known for Domaine du Coulet in Cornas, sources Roussanne from organically farmed vines in Allan and Valaurie (Drôme) for this Vin de France cuvée. The grapes macerate on their skins for two months with daily punch-downs, then age seven months in 1,000L terracotta tinajas before unfined, unfiltered bottling.

A skin-contact orange wine with delicate aromatics, salinity and exotic fruit, balanced by a present but not drying tannic grip.
