Weingut Ignaz Niedrist is a small, low-intervention estate in Girlan/Eppan, Alto Adige. This Sauvignon (Porphyr & Kalk) is grown on east-facing slopes in Appiano Monte and Cornaiano on glacial morainic gravel rich in porphyry and limestone.
