Bojo do Luar is a natural-wine collaboration in Portugal's Vinho Verde region between US importer Savio Soares and biodynamic grower Fernando Paiva, on granitic soils near the Tamega river in Amarante. The project follows a 'monastic' winemaking approach: organic farming, hand-harvested Loureiro and Azal grapes, and natural fermentation in century-old amphoras with minimal intervention and no filtration.
