Capichera is a historic estate in the Gallura territory of northern Sardinia. Lintori -- meaning 'morning dew' -- has been produced since 2010 from the estate's youngest vineyards, made to be the freshest and most immediate expression of pure Vermentino in the Capichera range, without sacrificing its distinctive intensity. It is fermented and matured entirely in steel.
