Profile & Story
Musar Jeune red comes from Chateau Musar's organically certified vineyards in the western Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. The 2022 vintage is a blend of Cinsault (50%), Syrah (35%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). It is unfiltered and unoaked, fermented in concrete vats at 27-29C in keeping with the house's non-interventionist, natural winemaking philosophy, then blended and rested before bottling the following summer.
Tasting Notes
A bright, vibrant ruby color bursting with rich fruit; dark cherries and berries on the nose, juicy and fresh with pomegranate, cranberry, and herbal notes of violet and thyme, dense and energetic on the palate with smooth tannins and lively acidity.
