La Bernarde is a historic, fully estate-farmed property in Cotes de Provence, based in the village of Luc with vineyards on a rocky limestone hillside at roughly 300 meters -- among the highest and coolest sites in the appellation, where snow falls most winters. The estate farms organically and owns 100% of the land it works, a rarity in modern Provence. Les Hauts du Luc is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, direct-pressed and fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel.
