Teleda Orgo farms old vines -- many over 50 years -- around the villages of Kondoli and Kurdgelauri in Kakheti, Georgia's Tsinandali PDO, fermenting in traditional buried qvevri across two cellars. Dila-O is a 50/50 blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane made in a lighter amber style, with about one month of skin contact rather than the fuller extraction typical of Georgian qvevri wine.
