Tenuta I Fauri is a family operation in Chieti, Abruzzo, between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, run by Domenico Fauri and his children Luigi and Valentina. Baldovino is a 100% Montepulciano Cerasuolo made through brief maceration in the press followed by static decanting, then controlled-temperature fermentation and aging in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Cherry red in color with an intense, fruity and floral bouquet, finishing with a characteristic note of bitter almond.
