Profile & Story

Totus Tuus is winemaker Alberto Orte's tribute to his mother, crafted at the historic Raventos Rosell estate in the Alt Penedes sub-zone of Spain's Penedes region. The cava blends traditional Catalan varieties with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, then rests on its lees for 20 months -- well beyond the appellation's minimum -- for added richness and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Bright aromas of peach, lemon, and orange zest with a touch of licorice lead into a concentrated, dense palate of citrus and stone fruit with a stony minerality and a long, vivacious finish.
