Laurent Lebled farms in the Touraine, in the heart of France's Loire Valley, working a handful of parcels under his A la Vôtre! label with an unwavering commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Ça C'est Bon! comes from vines that are 50 to 75 years old, hand-harvested and vinified by carbonic maceration for about a month before a short aging in fiberglass. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur, letting the fruit speak for itself.

A bright, juicy Gamay bursting with ripe red fruit and a touch of earthiness underneath. Light on its feet and easy to drink, with a fresh, lively finish. Restaurant's Notes: Grape: Gamay.
