Profile & Story

Anemo is the personal label of Anna Godabrelidze, a leading Georgian oenologist who chairs the country's State Tasting Commission and heads the Faculty of Viticulture and Oenology at the Agrarian University. She founded Anemo in 2019, growing the project from 6,000 bottles to around 30,000 today. This Saperavi comes from the Papari vineyards near Kvareli in Kakheti, fermented with full skin contact and aged for three months in new French oak.
