Milan Nestarec farms biodynamically in Moravia, working indigenous and international varieties across parcels in Velké Bílovice and Moravský Žižkov. Růž — Czech for 'pink' — is a cuvée he first made in 2012 and 2013 before bringing it back in 2021, built around Blaufränkisch. It's bottled in a liter format under crown cap, with a minimalist black-and-white label, and certified organic.
