Profile & Story

Fulvio and Imma Cautiero have farmed organically since 2002 on the west side of Monte Taburno in the Sannio, releasing their first wines in 2010; grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in a cellar carved into the tufa hillside. Fois is a 100% Falanghina from Sannio DOC, aged four months in steel and three months in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow in the glass, with intense fruity and floral aromas of wildflowers and chamomile alongside green tea and iodized notes; fresh and saline on the palate with a soft, persistent finish.
