Celler Jan Vidal farms organic grapes averaging 50 years old in the Baix Penedes, just south of Barcelona. Vita Vivet is their traditional-method Cava, made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, aged 10-12 months on the lees with zero dosage (Brut Nature).
Tasting Notes
Aromas of yellow apple and ripe pear, with fruit that shows great intensity and freshness on the palate; elegant, complex and persistent on the finish.
