Produced by Jacques Lurton for Vignobles Andre Lurton, Oh Oui! is not a de-alcoholized wine: the Sauvignon Blanc fruit from Chateau Bonnet is picked several weeks early, while the aromatics have developed but sugar concentration is still low, then simply pressed and stabilized, so there's no fermentation and no alcohol to remove. Chateau Bonnet farms 20 hectares under biocontrol as part of a broader sustainability program that includes beehives, sheep and fruit and vegetable gardens.
