Profile & Story

Stephane Guion farms 8.5 hectares on the cote in Benais, organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter since 2021). Candide is made from the domaine's younger vines on a mix of limestone and clay soils.

Tasting Notes

A bright, crunchy, refreshing Cabernet Franc with fine, sandy tannins and a brush of dried Mediterranean herbs on the finish.
