Profile & Story

Domaine Les Fouques, in La Londe on the Provence coast, has been Demeter-certified biodynamic for 30 years; the estate is run by Yves Gros with this cuvee made by his daughter Christelle. L'Estelle, the domaine's top rose, blends Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and a splash of Rolle (Vermentino), fermented with indigenous yeasts.

Tasting Notes

Smooth and creamy, with peach and red fruit, a touch of tangelo sweetness and tang, and a textured, long finish.
