Profile & Story

Domaine Milan, at the foot of the Alpilles, was founded in 1955; Henri Milan took over in 1986 with a commitment to organic, low-intervention winemaking, and the estate is now carried on by his son Theo and daughter-in-law Natalie. Haru ("spring" in Japanese) is their earliest-drinking range: this rose blends Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Alicante, vinified and aged in concrete.

Tasting Notes

Peach, mandarin and blood orange on the nose, with pleasantly bitter notes on the finish -- a fresh, early-drinking rose for warm nights.
