The Lindenlaub family has tended vines in Dorlisheim, near Strasbourg, since the 18th century; Christophe Lindenlaub farms naturally and vinifies with minimal SO2. Matin Fou is a direct-press, unfiltered Sylvaner that may show a faint natural effervescence and slight cloudiness typical of the style.

Delicate summer fruit and flowers on the nose; white fruit, a touch of quince and pear on the palate, with grapefruit-tinged freshness, balanced acidity and a lively, dry finish.
