Profile & Story

Marco Colicchio founded his winery in 2012 to revive small plots of native grape varieties and abandoned olive groves in the Castelli Romani, southeast of Rome, farming volcanic-soil vineyards around 200 meters elevation. Delica blends Grechetto, Falanghina and Malvasia del Lazio, spontaneously fermented in small steel vats with extended skin contact, then aged in steel with no filtration or clarification.

Tasting Notes

A medium-bodied skin-contact white with flavors of heavy stone fruit and apricot, closing on a slight white-pepper note.
