Rose Hill Farm is a historic Hudson Valley orchard founded in 1798; since 2018 the Ferments project has made low-intervention ciders and co-ferments from primarily estate-grown fruit using native yeast. Kitchen Sink, their flagship pet-nat blend, is made from a wide mix of heirloom and bittersweet apples grown on the farm, including Ashmead's Kernel, Baldwin, Belle de Boskoop, Esopus Spitzenburg, Golden Russet, Newton Pippin and Northern Spy, among others.
