Tincan is the boutique Nelson label of Laura Tinnelly and Nick Candy, producing around 5,000 bottles a year from organically farmed fruit with native-yeast fermentation and no additions of any kind, not even sulfur. This bottling is Pinot Gris fermented on its skins.
