This Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is bottled as 'Lulu' for the export market after Ludivine 'Lulu' Marteau, who runs the 29-hectare, fourth-generation family estate on the south bank of the Cher after taking full control in 2021. Roughly a third of the fruit is macerated briefly on its skins to soften acidity and build body, before gentle pressing, cool fermentation, and aging on fine lees in stainless steel ahead of a December bottling.
