Profile & Story
Mulatschak, Austrian dialect for a party or celebration, is Meinklang's skin-contact blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris and Traminer, hand-harvested from the Michlits family's Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards on the Neusiedlersee. The grapes spend five to seven days on their skins and ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tank, and the wine is bottled unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Apricot-amber in the glass, with floral notes of chamomile and elderflower alongside ripe pear and apricot. Juicy and mouthwatering, it is an easygoing, uncomplicated orange wine.
