Cave Amadeu is the natural-wine line of Família Geisse, a pioneering sparkling wine house in Brazil's Serra Gaúcha founded by the Chilean winemaker Mario Geisse. Laranja Natura is among the first orange sparkling wines made by the traditional method (méthode champenoise): 100% Chardonnay undergoes spontaneous fermentation with extended maceration on its skins, giving the wine its amber color and distinctive tannic structure, before eighteen months of aging and disgorgement with zero dosage.
Tasting Notes
The wine shows an amber-orange hue with fine, persistent bubbles, and complex aromas of dried fruit, almonds and honey layered with earthy, mineral notes; the palate carries pleasant honeyed and citrus-spice character through to a dry, textured finish.
