Cellier de la Baraterie is a certified-organic estate in Cruet, in the Savoie, run by the young winegrower Julien Viana. Jour de Fete blends Pinot Noir, Gamay and Mondeuse, each variety still distinct within the finished wine — Pinot Noir's savory depth, Gamay's juiciness and Mondeuse's darker, iron-tinged edge come together for a bright, food-friendly red.
