Their Muscat Petnat is made with one fermentation completed entirely in the bottle, capped before the process finishes so the wine captures its own natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Pétillant-naturel wines from aromatic Muscat grapes typically show a pale straw color with a soft, slightly hazy mousse, floral and grapey aromas of orange blossom and ripe stone fruit, and a light-bodied, gently fizzy palate with a touch of fruity sweetness on the finish.
