Fraga do Corvo is a winery in Spain's D.O. Monterrei founded in 2005 by the Boo-Rivero family, who joined the Grandes Pagos Gallegos project of traditional Galician viticulture in 2016; the estate takes its name from a nearby forest frequented by crows. This Godello comes from vineyards over twenty years old on granite soils, hand-harvested and brought to the winery in small 15-kilogram boxes, then rests six to seven months on its fine lees before stabilizing in steel tanks ahead of bottling.
