Bojo do Luar began when Savio Soares met Fernando Paiva, a pioneering biodynamic producer in Vinho Verde, whose innovative techniques - including incorporating ground chestnut flowers into the grapes and must before fermentation - shape the project. Fruit comes from a small organic grower in the Vinho Verde region. Luar Rosa blends Vinhao, Tinta Cao and Loureiro, fermented spontaneously in concrete and stainless steel with chestnut flowers. Alcohol 11.5%.
