Cantina Sociale Cooperativa di Copertino is a historic Salento cooperative founded in 1935 in the commune of Copertino, Puglia. The Riserva is built on Negroamaro. Rather than long oak ageing, the wine is softened in tank until it is ready to drink, and this bottling was released roughly a decade after the vintage.
