Martin Lichtenberger and Adriana Gonzalez farm in Breitenbrunn on the Leithaberg in Burgenland, working as minimalist, natural winemakers - meticulous vineyard work and patience in the cellar, with no wine bottled until the couple feel it is ready. This Rotburger (the traditional Austrian name for Zweigelt) comes off limestone soils in the Leithaberg, ferments with native yeast, and sees no new oak.
