About the Wine

Region of Origin: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina. Estate grown, produced, and bottled. Winemaker: Joaquin Martin Vineyard: Organic management. By the Andes, the altitude is 4000 feet. Soils of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. Special pruning, irrigation, and canopy management to obtain a balanced vineyard that provides high-quality grapes. Aging: 12 months in mostly French oak barrels and a small proportion of Americans. Aging potential: 7-10 years.

Concentrated and bright dark purple. Expressive aromas of black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, combined with tobacco and coffee, and ripe and complex fruit. A balanced and elegant wine of soft and round tannins, good acidity, and complexity.
