Profile & Story

Acinum is a Veneto label built around the historic wine areas of Valpolicella and Soave, combining the Edoardo Montresor family's vineyards with winemaker Enrico Paternoster's oenology, imported to the US by Vias Imports. The Prosecco Extra Dry DOC is made from 100% Glera, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and rested three months after bottling.

Tasting Notes

Yellow with greenish reflections, a fruity bouquet of green apple and pink grapefruit, and a smooth, crisp, elegant palate with a long, fresh finish.
