Profile & Story
Cantina La Vis is a historic cooperative in Lavis, in the heart of Trentino, producing wine for more than seventy years. This Sauvignon (labeled Dipinti for export) is harvested from vines around 15 years old in the Lavis and Pressano districts, spending four months in stainless steel and a further two to three months in bottle before release.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden tones, intense aromas of fig, nutmeg and peach; medium-bodied with vibrant citrus fruit, white pepper and a clean, bright finish.

Recommended with Mediterranean-style fish dishes, asparagus and grilled crustaceans.
