Rinaldini was founded in the late 1960s by Rinaldo Rinaldini, who ran the family restaurant near Reggio Emilia and Parma at the foot of the Matildiche hills before turning to Lambrusco production. This Amabile bottling blends Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Maestri and Ancellotta grapes.
Tasting Notes
A frizzante red with violet aromas and flavors of plum and cherry; the palate is sweet but lively, balanced by the variety's natural acidity.
