Profile & Story

A family grower-champagne house based in Chaumuzy in the Ardre Valley, founded by Michel Salmon in 1958 and now run by three generations of the Salmon family, with a particular specialty in Pinot Meunier grown along the Ardre.

Tasting Notes

The Cuvee Selection Brut blends Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a dosage of 9 g/L, best served between 9 and 14 degrees Celsius.
