Domaine Antocyâme is a small organic estate in La Salvetat-Belmontet, near Montauban in South West France, on the IGP Coteaux et Terrasses de Montauban. Oenologist Muriel Zoldan, who trained for some twenty years before acquiring her own property, took over the domaine with her partner Benjamin in 2017; the seven hectares of clay-limestone vines have been certified organic since 2018. The estate grows Chardonnay and Sauvignon for its white wines, and Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Tannat and Abouriou for its reds, vinifying naturally with indigenous yeasts across vats, barrels and amphorae, with almost no added sulphites across the range. Ubuntu is a red blend built around Syrah and Prunelard, a rare South West France indigenous variety.
