Our 100% Chardonnay is a big wine for special occasions. A classy, sleek structure with subtle citrus fruit softened with textured creaminess makes it ideal for creamy dishes like risotto, rich fish and steak béarnaise. Time spent in 300 litre French oak barrels adds depth to the wine. This luminous wine is ready to be enjoyed within the year of production, but will mature well for the next four to six years.

The elegance and substance of the wine will complement mushroom risotto, rich fish dishes and also steak béarnaise.
