Profile & Story
A crisp and refreshing wine with lovely guava and melon flavours for the hot summer months. Best enjoyed with salads or just for sipping while watching the sunset. Soft pressing, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. Racked of fermentation lees and kept on thin lees for 4 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes
A light, crisp, dry wine that is fruit driven and juicy. Unwooded and refreshing with lovely guava, pineapple and winter melon flavours rounded off with a hint of fresh gooseberries and Packham pear undertones.
Pairing Recommendation
Serve with salads, yellow fruits, vegetable dishes and light fish dishes, or simply on its own.
