In 2003 Yiannis Tselepos bought a 9-hectare vineyard of 50-year-old vines in Koutsi Nemea, naming it Ktima Driopi; replanted with selected virus-free Agiorgitiko clones at low yields. Vineyard at 800m, clay-limestone soils. Cold-soak pre-fermentation 8-10C, fermented 13-15C, brief lees contact.
Tasting Notes
Delicate pink color, strong fruity aroma of strawberries and candies. Rich in taste and crispy acidity, with cherry jam notes. Best consumed within a year of bottling.

Mediterranean cuisine, pasta with light red sauces.
