100% Agiorgitiko sourced from Asprokambos, Nemea (Arcadia), 760m altitude, clay soil, semi-mountainous terrain, 10 t/ha yield. Early-harvested; traditional method with second fermentation in bottle; matured minimum 9 months on fine lees. Production: 15,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-rose color and bronze highlights; cherry and black fruit aromas complemented by lees-aging character and fine bubbles.
