Small family winery in Letymbou village, 14km east of Pafos, Cyprus, with four generations of viticultural history. 28 hectares at 400-600m altitude. 100% Cabernet Franc from ungrafted, 40-year-old vines; spontaneous fermentation, vegan-friendly, unfined and unfiltered. Certified organic since 2010.
