100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the privately-owned Avlotopi vineyard (Tegea PGI, Arcadia, 750-780m altitude, gravelly loam-clay soil, NW orientation, 6 t/ha yield). Extended skin contact (20-25 days), aged 15 months in mostly new French oak. Aging potential 10-12+ years. Production: 15,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Refined vanilla and coffee aromas, spices and roasted forest fruit aromas, deep ruby color, full-bodied with rich tannic structure and high acidity.

Ribeye with wine sauce, goat, smoked and aged cheese, bitter chocolate cake with raspberries.
