Chardonnay grown at the foot of Mount Pangeon (Pangeon PGI), a low-crop-yield area. Brief skin contact, fermented in new oak barrels, several months on lees. Aging potential 8-10 years.
Tasting Notes
Floral and mineral nose, intense aromas of ripe yellow stone fruit, citrus zest, cedar. Broad, creamy palate with sappy acidity, lengthy honeyed finish of vanilla and hazelnut praline.

Fatty fish, creamy pasta dishes and risottos, poultry, mature cheeses.
