100% Gewürztraminer from the privately-owned Melissopetra vineyard (Arcadia, 750m altitude, NW exposure, schist soils, 6 t/ha yield). Cold soak 8h at 10C, pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel 13-16C up to 20 days. Production: 30,000 bottles. PGI Arcadia.
Tasting Notes
Pronounced intense and complex aromatic character reminiscent of tropical fruit, flowers, rose and Turkish delight; balanced, rich mouthfeel with refreshing acidity.

Chinese and Thai cuisine; salads featuring tropical fruits and blue cheese.
