A sweet 'Liastos' wine that is a blend of local Cretan grapes (Vidiano, Plyto, Dafni, Assyrtiko, Thrapsathiri, Vilana) which are sun-dried in the shade, giving a concentrated juice with density of aromas and taste. Certified vegan.
Tasting Notes
Caramelised apricots with a hint of herbs in the nose, followed by a bitter orange marmalade mouthfeel, balanced by the wine's exceptional freshness.
