Fermentation of grapes over 6-8 days, followed by aging in oak barrels for 10 years. Single vineyard at 300m, calcareous-clayey soil. Bottle size 500mL.
Tasting Notes
Deep tawny color with notes of caramel, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and hints of coffee. Sweet taste with balancing acidity and concentrated flavors with a sharper aftertaste.
